SM — Sunnah Matrimony ("SM") is an adults-only matrimonial service provided through the SM mobile applications and the official SM website. Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a core commitment. This policy explains our zero-tolerance approach and how we enforce it across the SM apps and website.
You must be at least 18 years old (21+ for males under Bangladeshi marriage law) to register or use any account feature on the SM apps or website. We collect date of birth at registration and block underage signups. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed without warning.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, sexualization of children, or any content that endangers children is strictly prohibited in biodatas, profile photos, messages to support, reports, or any upload on the SM apps or website. Such content is removed immediately and accounts are permanently banned.
We comply with Google Play and Apple App Store Child Safety policies and applicable Bangladeshi law. Where required, we report violations to relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests. We never knowingly collect data from children; if we learn a user is underage, we delete the account and associated biodata (see the Delete Account page and Privacy Policy).
Verify identity through guardians before meeting or sending money, never share passwords or OTPs, and use Report and Block for anything suspicious. Parents or guardians: contact us immediately if a minor has created an account so we can remove it.
