This house was built jointly by my father and his brothers, and the property was divided among them a long time ago. We are supposed to get some land in Savar, and, in sha Allah, we plan to build a house there. On my maternal side, my eldest and two younger uncles jointly own a five-story house in Mirpur 10, a four-story house in Savar, and my youngest maternal uncle also owns a flat in Mirpur 2. Most of our relatives are settled in Dhaka.

Since I don’t have any own (biological) brothers, there should be no issues, in sha Allah, with my wife observing pardah.
